Storage heaters with woodburning stove. Electric double oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine and dishwasher. TV and WiFi. power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars in the front courtyard. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, shed and furniture. NB, there is no access to the garden from the sun room, from the double bedroom, there is a utility area/shower room and the utility area also leads to access to the rear garden. The shower room can of course be used for pets to be showered after long muddy walks before entering the double bedroom then the rest of the property. Shop and pub 0.1 mile. Note: There are many steps within the property, please take care. Note: Children and pets must be supervised in the garden. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am
