Never ordering from here again, gave them 3 chances and thats all theyre getting if 3/3 times my sub comes freezing cold and wet what are the chances of getting some decent munch? I imagine next to none.
Pay £8.88 for a chicken tika salad box asked for no lettuce and got a box full of lettuce about 10 mini piece's of chicken and a few jalapeños and few peppers.... Rang up so they could rectify there mistake which didn't happen she was a bit abrupt and told me they had been busy I understand that but that still dont mean I should be paying that much for what I received.... lack of care on their behalf must think people are made of money .... be careful when ordering from there
Ordered today for an early lunch. Everything arrived cold, partially due to them packing cold drinks on top of hot food. And the wrap speaks for itself. Did not even want to eat anything even if it was cold after that. Absolutely disgusting and will be reported to environmental health. Rang the shop 3 times to discuss a refund and rectify the issue amicably and make them aware they need to check their stock however no answer from them at all. Won't be ordering again.
Okay so we went into Subway today. Well where do we start. We queued which we didn't mind, however there was no acknowledgement at all from the staff. The staff where to busy talking amongst themselves with no custome service at all. When it was our turn to be served the stay was abrupt and no apology or acknowledgement for waiting. We where then asked what did we want.... Just like that!! No customer service skills at all... Won't be using this branch again and really disappointed
I went in today at 1630 and asked if we could eat in due to it not closing till 2000 the guy didn't look at use just said no dining is closed
