FortyFive Vinyl Café

We had visited York for a last minute weekend away. Having come across Forty Five we saw live music was on on Saturday evening .The owner and staff were so helpful, we purchased our tickets on a whim and how pleased we're we. 2 really good musical artists a cross between Fleetwood Mac and Country. It was a very intimate gathering great atmosphere .thank you so much to all involved especially Jess and July Moon.

Great place with friendly service and a big selection of food and drinks. Dietary friendly as well (gluten free and vegan options). Tables are a bit close together but thankfully it wasn't too crowded when we went. Our kids had fun looking at all the art and albums and really enjoyed their smoothies.

Excellent music venue. Small but perfectly formed. As good as they get. Worth the two hours to get there. Great music offered by great people.

Lovely owner, wonderful multifunctional space. They were setting up for some live music but made time to chat to us. Fully recommend. Great choice of drinks from coffee, tea, iced teas, cocktails & bottles alcohol (including a range of 0%/low alcohol) Plus an array of vinyl to browse & buy. Definitely want to come back again to try some food. Plenty of vegetarian & vegan options!

Awesome relaxing pub/cafe. The 2 staff gentlemen were SO welcoming and attentive. We would have spent there all afternoon/evening because the ambience is so cool, perfecto to have drinks or food, and listen to great music played through an awesome sound system, but they close at 5 pm on days there are no singers/show. Every city/town needs a place this cool. On top of it all they are super dog-friendly, even came to chit chat and offered water and treats for our dog.
